1. Introduction
Welcome to BuyBack Ninja. By accessing our website, mobile app, or using our services to sell your used electronic devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Seller" or "User") and BuyBack Ninja ("Company," "we," "us").
2. Our Services
- Platform: We provide an online platform for individuals to sell their used electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) instantly.
- Valuation: Our algorithmic pricing engine provides an estimated quote based on the details you provide about your device's condition.
- Doorstep Pickup: We offer a convenient doorstep pickup service for verifying and collecting the device from your provided address.
3. User Obligations
By engaging with our platform, you represent and warrant that:
Ownership
You are the legal owner of the device and have the full right to sell it. We do not accept stolen or blacklisted devices.
Accuracy
All information provided about the device (model, condition, defects) is accurate and truthful.
Data Removal
You have removed all personal data, accounts (Google/iCloud), and SIM/memory cards from the device before handover.
Age
You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
4. Valuation Process & Re-quote
The initial quote provided on the website is an estimate based on your inputs. Upon physical inspection by our pickup executive:
- If the device condition matches your description, the price remains unchanged.
- If discrepancies are found (e.g., screen damage not reported, body dents), a revised price (re-quote) will be offered.
- You have the right to accept or reject the revised price. If rejected, the order will be cancelled at no cost to you.
5. Payments
Payment is initiated instantly upon successful verification and handover of the device at your doorstep.
- Modes: We support Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), UPI, and Cash (in select locations).
- Timeline: While we initiate transfers immediately, bank processing times may vary. We are not liable for banking delays.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the final handover of the device. Once the device has been handed over to our executive and payment has been processed, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.

You agree to indemnify BuyBack Ninja against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms (e.g., selling a stolen device). To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyBack Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
